37-year-old male with nasal obstruction, bulbous nose, and convex nasal cartilages. He underwent septorhinoplasty with Dr. Jose Barrera. Nasal tip refinement with cephalic reduction and lateral crural strut grafts were placed to reshape the nasal tip. A septal extension graft was used to lengthen the nose.
