Description

Surgery: Revision Joseph cosmetic septorhinoplasty with septal (right spreader) and costal cartilage grafting (left SEG; bilateral latreal crural strut grafts; left spreader graft)

Indications: 31 year-old female presenting today in consultation regarding aesthetic nasal concerns. Patient has a history of prior rhinoplasty in 2015 and revision rhinoplasty in 2016. Patient is unhappy with her result and has chronic nasal obstruction. She desires increased tip rotation for a ptotic nasal tip, tip refinement, narrowed nasal dorsum.
