29-year-old female with Nasal Obstruction is bilateral (L>R). The patient had a previous septorhinoplasty in 2011 for nasal obstruction and dorsum hump reduction followed by a revision septorhinoplasty in 2012 after sustaining facial trauma. She underwent reconstruction for her nose via septorhinoplasty to improve her nasal breathing and symmetry.
