58-year-old female with very thick skin. She had undergone previous rhinoplasty 10 years prior. She has tip ptosis and a hanging columella. Dr. Barrera performed a revision rhinoplasty with costal cartilage. The patient is only 3 months postop. Improvements in skin texture and definition take over a year to appreciate.
