26 year old with a hanging columella and pollybeak deformity from previous rhinoplasty surgery. She underwent a Revision rhinoplasty, costal cartilage, diced cartilage glue graft with Dr. Barrera. She is 3 months postop and still has some swelling. Swelling resolved after a year postop.
