Description

35-year-old female presenting today in consultation regarding aesthetic and functional nasal concerns. The patient desires dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, and straightened nasal pyramid. She also complains of multiple episodes of sinusitis per year, along with nasal obstruction. She underwent Septoplasty, Turbinate Reduction, Nasal Valve Repair, Costal Cartilage Graft and Preservation rhinoplasty with left SEG, and Right external spreader graft.
