32-year-old female who is 6 months status post rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting, septoplasty, turbinate reduction & nasal valve repair, and balloon sinuplasty. She underwent a Primary cosmetic preservation septorhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (left SEG). She had a Z flap dorsal preservation rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera.
