Description

16-year-old male presenting today in consultation regarding aesthetic nasal concerns. The patient desires dorsal hump reduction, increased tip rotation for a ptotic nasal tip, tip refinement, and narrowed nasal dorsum. He also complains of bilateral nasal obstruction after a basketball injury. He underwent Septoplasty, Turbinate reduction and outfracture, Nasal Valve Repair, Costal Cartilage Graft with Right SEG, and Preservation Rhinoplasty. For Preservation rhinoplasty, a subdorsal Z flap was performed with lateral keystone release.
