Description

16-year-old female presents today in consultation regarding aesthetic nasal concerns. The patient desires dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, straightened nasal pyramid. She underwent a primary cosmetic preservation septorhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (left SEG, supratip cartilage grafting) with Dr. Barrera. She is 3 months postop.
