20-year-old male who presents with a dorsal hump and asymmetry of the nasal tip. He undewent a Primary structural preservation septorhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (right SEG, crushed supratip graft), using diamond Piezo Ultrasonic rhinoplasty dorsum reduction.
