Description

37-year-old male who presents with asymmetry and dorsal hump. Dr. Barrera performed a preservation rhinoplasty. A modified Z flap was utilized with ultrasonic rhinoplasty techniques and nasal tip refinement to achieve these results. The patient is 3 months postoperative.
