Description

23-year-old female presented with a dorsal hump, tip ptosis, and small chin. She underwent Preservation cosmetic rhinoplasty with septal cartilage harvest, left SEG. Placement of medium Extended Anatomic chin implant with 10 mm Synthes matrix screw was performed for a microgenia.
