20-year-old female who underwent a Preservation Rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera. A modified Z flap was used with piezo directed ultrasonic rhinoplasty techniques and a septal extension graft to achieve these results. The patient is 3 months postoperative from her rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera
