Description

18-year-old female who underwent a primary rhinoplasty to improve nasal hump, nasal tip droop, and a bulbous tip. She had a dorsal hump reduction using ultrasonic rhinoplasty techniques and Dr. Barrera improved tip projection with a septal extension graft. She is one year postoperative from her surgery.
