Description

Our patient underwent a preservation rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera. A high strip and low strip modified Z flap was used with piezo directed ultrasonic rhinoplasty and septal extension graft to achieve these results. She is 12 months postoperative from her rhinoplasty.
