20-year-old female with a large kyphotic dorsal hump and nasal tip bulbosity. She underwent preservation rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera. Dr. Barrera performed a modified subdorsal technique with ultrasonic piezoelectric ostetomies. A septal extension graft was to refine and support the nasal tip. The patient is 6 months postop.
