Description

22-year-old male with a large kyphotic dorsal hump and nasal tip bulbosity.  He underwent preservation rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera. Dr. Barrera performed a modified cottle technique with ultrasonic piezoelectric ostetomies. A septal extension graft was to refine and support the nasal tip. The patient is 1 year postop.
