Description

21-year-old female with a dorsal hump and nasal tip droop. She presented to Dr. Barrera for preservation rhinoplasty. Dr. Barrera performed ultrasonic rhinoplasty for a modified cottle manuever. The tip was elevated using a septal extension graft and was refined with cranial sutures.
