37-year-old female who underwent preservation rhinoplasty to improve the hump of her nose. Dr. Barrera performs preservation rhinoplasty with ultrasonic piezoelectric technique and septal extension graft for the nasal tip. The patient has a reduction of her nasal pyramid and a reduction of her mid nasal vault.
