64-year-old female presenting for cosmetic aging face concerns. The patient expressed concerns regarding facial rhytids, jowling, neck laxity. She was most concerned with her heavy neck and desire to have a neck lift. She underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift with Dr. Barrera.
