Description

Patient presents with overprojection of the lower cartilages, convexity of the nasal tip and a wide nasal tip. Dr. Barrera performed septorhinoplasty with reconstruction of the nasal tip using costal and septal cartilages. Lateral crural strut grafts and a septal extension was used for structural rhinoplasty. Nasal tip refinement and hump takedown was performed.
