Male rhinoplasty patient with a wide nasal tip due to lack of tip support. The bulbous tip contributed to the loss of tip support due to inadequate cartilage resiliency. The patient underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera to reduce the nasal tip width and support the cartilages with a columella strut graft.
