Patient underwent a functional rhinoplasty to improve nasal breathing. He also had a tension nose deformity from an excessively long septum. The columella was hanging and caused a long nose appearance. The cosmetic rhinoplasty addressed the long nose by shortening the columella through a tongue in groove. Dr. Barrera also corrected the alar columella disproportion and improved the nasal hump.
