This patient has a love for deep-sea fishing and after years of her time in the sun, her skin was in much need for rejuvenation. Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing was performed using the Lumenis Active and Deep FX laser. Careful attention was given regarding the sensitivity of Asian skin. In particular, a combination of bleaching post-treatment after laser skin resurfacing was used to treat hyperpigmentation. She was able to return to her beloved hobby, but she adheres to Dr. Barrera’s recommendation to wear full-face protection to preserve her results!
