21-year-old female with microgenia, a small chin, that was also retrognathic. She also presented with neck fullness from double chin fat that was deep neck fat. She underwent a GenioLift, Dr. Barrera’s signature Deep Neck Lift and Genioplasty (subperiosteal neck lift) to improve the jawline, remove deep fat, and improve her jawline.
