Description

34-year-old male with a previous chin implant that had shifted position. He underwent a chin implant removal with sliding genioplasty at the same time. In addition, he received a functional rhinoplasty with septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal valve repair using a septal extension graft for a caudal deviation of his septum. This was done to improve his airway and his moderate obstructive sleep apnea.
