Description
74-year-old female with a history of skin cancers including basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma of the face. She developed a lesion on the right mentum that she first noticed about 1 year ago. This was biopsied multiple times and was inconclusive and then they made the diagnosis of SCC. She has been waiting since October of 22 for Moh’s resection. She underwent this yesterday 3/7/23 and was left with a large 4.5 x 2.5 cm defect of the chin. She underwent a Moh’s reconstruction of the chin for this defect with an advancement flap and necklift.
