Patient suffered a right orbital zygomatic malar fracture on the right side of her face. She underwent repair of the OZM fracture through a transconjunctival approach to the eyelid combined with exposure of the fracture through the mouth. Good boney reduction and fixation was achieved. She improved with good symmetry, excellent eye position, symmetric smile, and improved facial volume.
