Description

This patient is shown after deep plane facelift surgery and CO2 laser skin resurfacing. Immediate 2-month improvement in the neck laxity and jowls is seen. CO2 laser resurfacing was performed at the same time as her deep plane facelift and she is showing improvement in tear troughs, deep wrinkles around her mouth and eyes, and increased volume in the cheek.
