Description

3-year post-op, this patient had maxillary hypoplasia and severe sleep apnea s/p maxillomandibular advancement and costal cartilage grafting with reconstructive rhinoplasty for nasal valve collapse. The patient was successfully decannulated after tracheotomy, and severe sleep apnea improved from AHI 70 to 0 after the operation.
