Description

29-year-old female shown 6 months postop after ethnic rhinoplasty to address dorsal hump and nasal tip ptosis. She underwent open rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction using rasp, low low high osteotomies, Septal Extension Graft and lateral crural tensioning of the nasal tip. A tongue in groove was performed.
