Description

56-year-old female who presented with excessive upper eyelid skin redundancy and hooding and pseudohernation of the lower eyelid. She also has prominent tear troughs. She underwent Upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition with Dr. Barrera. She is 3 months postop and happy.
