Description

84-year-old male who was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma of the nose. He had a composite through and through resection of his right ala, sidewall and nasal tip. He underwent nasal reconstruction with a paramedian forehead flap for skin coverage, ear cartilage graft for alar rim reconstruction, costal cartilage graft for midvault reconstruction and internal lining septal hinge flaps for inner lining. He is 4 months postop from surgery.
