56 year-old female presenting today in consultation for cosmetic aging face concerns after gastric bypass surgery and losing 45 pounds. Patient expresses concerns regarding marionette lines, jowling, neck laxity .

She underwent a Deep plane face and neck rhytidectomy with Fat transfer with Dr. Barrera, She is 3 months postop.
